Welcome to Café ASPIRA — your online connection to trusted information on safe Internet usage, created and maintained by ASPIRA of New York, Inc. This site is dedicated to promoting cyber awareness, particularly within the Latino community, and to helping parents protect themselves and their children against cyber predators, bullies and frauds.
